Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Payment: All sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your session is only confirmed once payment is received. No bookings made without payment. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. This policy ensures I can maintain high-quality care and availability for all clients. Packages: Prepaid packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sessions within a package can be booked at your convenience during this period. Packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled according to the 24-hour cancellation policy. Home Visits: Only available within Cambridge and a 5-mile radius. If you are outside this area, please contact me directly before booking, as sessions booked outside the zone will be cancelled and refunded. Important: Please provide your full home address (including postcode) and phone number when booking. Service Scope & Expectations: I offer therapeutic, sports, and deep tissue physiotherapy massage. I do NOT offer relaxing or spa-style massage. If you are looking for a soft or gentle massage, this service is not suitable for you. Agreement: By booking, you agree to these terms and help keep your appointments secure, productive, and effective.
