1. Booking & Payment
Payment is due at booking or, where available, after your session. Appointments are confirmed once accepted. Post-session payments must be made promptly.
2. Cancellations by Members
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a lost session or reasonable charge, subject to consumer rights. Late arrivals may shorten your session.
3. Cancellations by Myself
If I cancel, I will notify you promptly and offer rescheduling where possible. Prepaid sessions cancelled by me and not rescheduled will be refunded.
4. Packages
Packages are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise, subject to availability. The 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Unused-session refunds are handled fairly under applicable law.
5. Home Visits
Available within Cambridge and a 5-mile radius. Contact me before booking outside this area. Unapproved bookings may be cancelled, with refunds handled fairly. Provide your full address, postcode and phone number, and ensure safe access and a suitable treatment space.
6. Patient Safety
Provide accurate information about your health, medical history, medications and changes in symptoms. Treatment depends on clinical assessment, suitability and informed consent. I may stop or postpone unsafe or inappropriate treatment and recommend further care.
7. Services
I offer physiotherapy, injury rehabilitation, therapeutic, sports and deep tissue massage where appropriate. Relaxation or spa-style massage is not offered.
8. Privacy
Personal and health information is handled under applicable data protection requirements. Please read the separate Privacy Notice.
9. Personal Safety & Professional Boundaries
Violence, threats, abuse, intimidation, discrimination, sexual harassment or inappropriate contact will not be tolerated. I may stop treatment, leave the property and decline future appointments where appropriate. Serious incidents may be reported to relevant authorities. Fees and refunds will be handled fairly, subject to consumer rights.
10. Consumer Rights & Agreement
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Legal cancellation rights may apply depending on how you book. By booking, you acknowledge this policy and agree to the applicable terms.
