1. Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a full session charge, due to allocated travel time and reserved appointment scheduling.

2. Missed Appointments (No-Show)

If a client is not present at the agreed location and time of the appointment, and no prior notice has been given, the full session fee will be charged.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment

• Overpayment

• Session cancelled by Papoulidis Physio

• Exceptional circumstances (at discretion)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

4. Dissatisfaction with Treatment

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your session so we can review and address your concerns appropriately.

5. Prepaid Sessions (If Applicable)

Prepaid sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
Unused prepaid sessions may be refundable only if cancelled in accordance with the 24-hour cancellation policy.
